Wax On Spa I Was Burned By A Bikini Wax At A Day Spa - Should I Sue?

I was burned by a bikini wax at a day spa - should I sue? - wax on spa

I was really burned from a bikini a few days ago, a day spa, and now have horrible red marks on my shirt! I was with the company in the past, looking forward to the first problem I had, but it's great. Should I approach them and ask according to initial my money, or should I consult a doctor to verify the burn too, and sue for damages? First, I do not want a problem for small business by earning easy money. But in contrast, is pretty pathetic - I'm wearing a pajama weekend! - And I think you should know that this does not happen for another client. I do not know what to do unethical, please help!

I think you should ask your money, because they do not get the desired results.

It is true that you wax, the wax was, however, because I wanted to show her skin. However, with burn marks on the bikini line, you can not. So, since you have been pleased with the company for some time, I doubt that you want to continue, so the best option for you, just get your money or get a bikini wax is the next time.

They say it is a small company that is not a problem until the cause is? I want to go to the doctor and get documents his burns, the focus of the company and ask for their money, with your proof of what is wrong. If your concern that you do not want to happen to the other, which suggests that "letting go" of the person who caused the damage because no guarantee the money to do a better job when there is no impact on the workers. I do not know if what their concerns, but morally, I can not ask. I would try to solve the problem. The money is not your burning feeling better.

It is too demanding is happening today. I give this kind I understand your dilemma, but if not permanently marked at the point of distortion, or the company is not too small to sweat, not so. However, I would immediately, the owner of the company's address and see if they offer an appropriate solution. Gives the company the opportunity to resolve the problem with always losing in the courts of the time, and in fact some companies and the rich make richer. Most companies rely on insurance to cover these issues or not, whether the insurance pays to ask.

We should be looking for excuses to complain. That is wrong.

However, if you change jobs, which will certainly repay the money. If you are looking for serious burns, you should consult a doctor and ask him to pay the bill. When you stop burning leaves in a moment, then easily.

If you have a place of trust, the problem is solved, and should find some compensation for their problems, maybe a few days relaxation in the wellness services you want.

If you are not severely injured, it's time to contact an injury lawyer to repairing the damage.

I regret what happened! EEEK! It is an area that you want to burn!
I think that would be the best way to go, the company and give them the opportunity to do things with you. If you have been happy to have with them before, so it may have been a coincidence. And you should consult a doctor if it is your health at risk, or call the doctor to see if there is a topical cream that are used to relieve pain.
As for the demand, it sounds as if he committed gross negligence or willful misconduct. Errors can occur and bring the ethical behavior to the attention of the company would ... not the company to its knees!

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!
