Dual Monitor Thin Client I'm Planning To Use A Crt As A Second Monitor(extended Desktop). Will Usb Vga Combo Cable Work For This Option?

I'm planning to use a crt as a second monitor(extended desktop). Will usb vga combo cable work for this option? - dual monitor thin client

Currently I am with the NVIDIA GeForce 2 MX 400 (VGA) on my AGP slot.

I have an onboard VGA port on my motherboard, but has no video out of it. There is still work to allow monitors to dual monitors and extended desktop?

The VGA cable will be merged into the question something

So, when I use the USB port on my computer and a VGA port for CRT monitor function as an extended desktop?

Sorry, this cable that you no longer work related. It is developing a KVM cable for use with KVM switches, so that multiple computers to one monitor, keyboard / mouse share. NO is connected to another monitor to your computer.

When you add on another monitor like it is done best with a graphics card with two video outputs.

Check your mother and see if it 4X/8X AGP slot. If so, you can get the Sapphire HD4650 AGP that supports two monitors, and is $ 75 after rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as ...

If the port can accept an AGP HD4650 would be a great improvement over the MX400.

Edited to add:

No, the cable that you describe is not available.

It has to work as an extended desktop, I had one of the 3-monitor setup, and had 3 monitors desktop via ...
Nevertheless, try to check the specifications and make sure USB is fast enough to a VGA monitor drive. Some require USB 2.0, and some work with USB 1.1
