I want to start a music / art (especially music), with a concession stand (Grill / service). is above the fourth floor () 10,000 square foot industrial or historically divided into construction zones. allowed by the zoning board to open the place. it is no alcohol to escape from two bathrooms and four poles, a fire, elevator, kitchen, parking. we want to be:
Entertainment License
Vendor Permit
Dealing with food, license
BMI licensing (royalties to the artist)
... without consulting a lawyer, am I missing something?

From that what you said, it seems that everything that you need to, but knowing the Office of County Clerk only sure.
Do not tell me that you are registered as companies in the office of the County Clerk of Court, but it may lead.
If you do not know where they are not (probably, but I am writing here), is the seat of the County Clerk of Grand Street to reach the entrance of the court. There is another access to a street corner outside of Ward Street (between Hamilton Street and before the YMCA), but not the name of the street.
