I would like to use my old quality, but with a 35mm camera for a digital image of Germany.
I do not want to spend as much on the film.

You can not do much except send the film to a company that will develop them and they will do on a CD. Fortunately, if the price of the treatment itself has been declining since the "old days."
You can use a company that you can get a free replacement roll of film at the same time.
Seattle Filmworks comes to mind.
If your camera has returned more than a "digital" will have a replacement site for your digital lenses
